Kapse is a humorist in life and has successfully blended this essence of his being into his work. He is a natural performer too. His works invoke satire while raising serious issues in performative imagery.

The imagery blended in his self portrait is done in calendar art style. It appears with multiple gestures in all his works which has now become his signature style. He has been referred to as a “funny” artist because of the self icon with a clownish appearance with all kinds of gestures. However, the deeper and simple truths of life that he expresses are certainly not a matter of fun. Those are serious questions that he throws at the viewers and makes them ponder with a smile !
